Marvel Has Found The Right Formula To Make This Series Work

It looks like Marvel has completely found the right formula to make this series work. Marvel ‘What If…’ had so much potential when it was announced. Fans were excited, I was excited. But when we got it, It kind of felt off. So of that, it looked like Marvel has butchered their greatest opportunity to make their best show in years. And the first three episodes stated that only. The first three episodes of What If… were all over the place, confusing, and felt rushed. But the fourth episode completely changed it for me. The fourth episode was so good that I am still convinced that someone else made it.

And now it really looks like Marvel has found the right formula to make this series actually work. Because the fifth episode of What If… is really good as well. It used all the zombie tropes that we have seen so far in various series and created a story that kept me engaged quite easily. It was nowhere on the level of the fourth episode but it was still good and worth your time. The fifth episode had some shocking moments and your signature Marvel comedy moments as well. And all in all, it was a really balanced episode that I really liked.

Marvel What If…? Episode 5: Final Review

The thing is with What If..? you can’t catch everything in just one watch. You have to watch it again to see everything that you have missed. And I will do that as soon as I will have some time. But in terms of the first watch, it was quite a decent episode. It has a brilliant plot that will keep you interested. And as I have said Marvel has figured out how to make this show work and they did that here as well. They played on their strengths and hide all of the problems they showed us in the first few episodes.

There were some really emotional moments in the show. But just don’t compare it with the previous episode as you will only be disappointed. It was nowhere near the fourth episode but it is the second-best episode in the series for sure.
