The Flash Films Release Date, Plot, Cast, and Other Details: Finally, after all this delay The Flash movie has finally kicked off. Marking the start of a new era in DCEU. DC extended universe is on a new path after all the Snyder Cut debacle. The movie is an origin story so it might not matter that much. But in the long term, it really sticks out. For example, We saw Vulko in Snyder Cut played by William Dafoe, who wasn’t in the Aquaman. So, it means that the 2017 Justice League was going to lay some groundwork for the Aquaman which came a year later.
The Flash Films

Now, talking about The Flash Films. The first introductory teaser revealed the logo and the theme of the movie. It gave it somewhat of a sci-fi techno vibe and that should always be what Flash should feel like. Another good news that came just after the teaser was the official announcement of Michael Keaton as The Batman in The Flash Films. So, just a few hours after the production start announcement, ICM Partners, confirmed that Michael Keaton will play Batman in The Flash Films. So, there will be two Batman in The Flash movie, confirming that we will get The Flashpoint Paradox storyline.
The Flash Plot
The Flash 2022 will follow the storyline of “The Flashpoint Paradox” storyline. The movie will feature Michael Keaton as the alternative Batman or Thomas Wayne in the movie. And if they can replicate even half of the magic here, we will be in for an absolute treat.
The official synopsis is still not revealed yet, but as of now, this seems to be the only case. Reverse Flash or Dr.Zoom will be the villain in the movie with Cyborg and Shazam also making an appearance. So, it will be a proper star-studded movie and you can expect big things from it.
The Flash Release Date
The release date will differ from region to region. You can check the extended-release date list on IMDB. The runtime or any other information is still not available.
The Flash Cast
The movie will include Ezra Miller as The Flash Films, Ben Affleck as Batman, Michael Keaton as Batman, Ron Livingston as Henry Allen, Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Maribel Verdú as Nora Allen, Sasha Calle as Supergirl, and Rudy Mancuso.
Andy Muschietti is directing the movie with Christina Hodson in charge of the writing. Michael Disco, Marianne Jenkins, and Barbara Muschietti are producing the movie with Benjamin Wallfisch in charge of the music. And I am really looking forward to the music of the movie. If there is anything that I can rely on DCEU, it is the music in the movie. So, that is already a lot of pressure on Benjamin Wallfisch.
I actually loved the logo reveal of the movie. The vibes I got from it were something similar to a Techno-Sci-Fi vibe and I think that is the only right choice. It kinds of reminds me of the Fantastic Four movie, if that makes any sense. And we are getting a movie that will involve scientists, so I guess it is the right call. With the logo revealed, there was also a sense of Wonder too. Like we are entering a new world or universe. In spite of all the behind-the-scenes drama, I hope that Andy gets to complete his vision without any complications. Because The Flash Films always had the potential for something special if everything goes right. I just hope we can at least get Ray Fisher back for the project because he will make this movie 100X better.
