At this point, I don’t know if it was awaited or not, but surely the fans are happy. It looks like that we will get some action in the space in this part. But, now coming to the main point. The final trailer of F9 was filled with action, nostalgic moments and focused on the most important thing of the franchise “Family”. You know last time we saw a car race in the Fast and Furious series was back in Fast 5. Yes, it has been that long, and I think we are not getting a race scene in this one too. And that is a real shame.

The F9 Final trailer revealed the release date, what to expect and showed us old faces from past movies. One of those faces was of Bow Wow. We have seen Bow Wow as Twinkie in Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift and it was a nice surprise. Another thing is that we might see some action in the space this time. Yes, you heard me right, in the space. Even writing it is not making any sense, how will they make any sense out of it, I don’t know. But I surely want to know.

The official synopsis of the movie reads “Vin Diesel’s Dom Toretto is leading a quiet life off the grid with Letty and his son, little Brian. His crew joins together to stop a world-shattering plot led by the most skilled assassin and high-performance driver they’ve ever encountered.
The story will once again follow Dominic Toretto and his crew/family against a bigger threat. This time the threat will be Dominic’s own brother and that raises lots of questions. Basically, they are not questions just basic plot holes. Like, why haven’t we heard about Dom’s brother even once? Or even Mia hasn’t talked about him even once. But keeping that aside, John Cena looked pretty cool in the role. I am excited to see him. Jakob will take help from Cypher to ruin Dom’s family and take his revenge. The movie will once again focus on family and how it is important. The plot is simple and it will work in the favor of the movie only. Some unnecessary unbelievable experiments with cars and nobody following traffic rules.

The movie is all set to release on 25 June 2021 in the USA and India. The release date will vary in different regions of the world. You can go and check the complete release date list on IMDB. The movie will be 2 hours 25 minutes long and has a PG-13 rating. It will release in 2D and IMAX format.
F9 Cast
F9 Trailer shows action will feature all the old cast alongside some new faces. Vin Diesel will return as Dominic Toretto alongside Charlize Theron as Cipher, Michelle Rodriguez as Letty, Helen Mirren as Magdalene Shaw. Other returning members are Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges as Tej Parker, Jordana Brewster as Mia Toretto, and Nathalie Emmanuel as Megan Ramsey.
The new additions to the franchise are John Cena as main antagonist Jakob Toretto alongside Cardi B, Anna Sawai, Michael Rooker, Finn Cole, Vinnie Bennett, Ozuna, and Francis Ngannou.
Justin Lin is the director of the movie. Daniel Casey and Gary Scott Thompson are in charge of writing. Vin Diesel himself is producing the movie alongside Jeff Kirschenbaum, Justin Lin, F. Valentino Morales, and Neal H. Moritz. Brian Tyler once again will produce the music of the series, so that will be a banger.
F9 What To Expect?
F9 Trailer shows action releasing almost 5 years after the last installment of the franchise. That is the longest dry spell in franchise history. So, obviously, they would want to make a bang. Expect lots and lots of actions, car chase scenes, and some intense face-offs between Vin Diesel and John Cena. F9 Trailer shows action was supposed to release in 2019 only. That reminds me that Dwayne Johnson won’t be in the movie and that is kind of sad. I wanted to see two of the biggest WWE stars face-to-face once again.
Just don’t go to watch the movie expecting some good storylines and plot, because Fast Five was the last good story we got in the franchise. If you just want to enjoy the action and pass some time, this will be the perfect movie for you.
