Loki official trailer, Release Date, Cast, Plot, and Other Details: Marvel’s YouTube channel just released the for the upcoming TV show a few hours ago. And man, it was everything I can ask for. I was not that hyped for the Loki TV show, after a really underwhelming WandaVision and The Falcon and Winter Soldier. But it looks like Loki might be the show that will change things for the better. Or, I hope it does. The trailer also confirmed that Loki will be the next major MCU Disney+ television show and I am excited about it.

Honestly, I never thought that I would be this much-hyped for a show but the Loki series official trailer changed me completely. I know I have already said it, but it looked incredible. I absolutely loved the humor and that is the first time and the music was just bravo. Please let the music be OST, I beg of you Marvel Cinema. The trailer featured Loki who is trying to make everything right this time. So, we will see Loki as a hero this time. The official trailer already has almost 5 million views and fans are loving it.

The series will take place after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Where Loki took the Tesseract and vanished. Due to that, the timeline was damaged and Loki will help fix that. It is definitely a new chapter with Loki at its absolute center. Loki will be taken to Time Variance Authority (a.k.a. the TVA) after his stunt and Mobius will take his help to restore the timeline. But it won’t be that simple, because of Loki’s cunningness and betrayals. And, we still don’t know what Loki has done while he was with Tesseract. Maybe he did something that is not fixable or something? He will travel to new worlds and will face new enemies, all while following the orders of Mobius. Now, that is not a good situation for Loki, is it?
The trailer was filled with actions and good humor. Something that I haven’t seen in any Marvel movie for quite a while now. Personally, I don’t want the humor to be anything like Ragnarok. Because the humor in that movie completely butchered Thor’s character and we have to face those consequences in Endgame. The main question in the series will be of Loki following the orders of Mobius and not betraying him. Because if there is one thing that Loki can’t do, it is loyalty. The premise of the show looks very interesting. If the makers don’t ruin it with unnecessary humor, it will be a major hit.
Loki Release Date
The show is all set to release on 11 June 2021. The series will consist of six episodes with each episode releasing every week. Each episode will be about 30 minutes long, just like WandaVision and The Falcon and Winter Soldier. You can watch the show on Disney+ Hotstar. There won’t be any regional boundaries so you will be able to enjoy the show from any part of the world.

Tom Hiddleston will return as Loki. Other cast involves Owen Wilson as Mobius M. Mobius, Chris Brewster as Minuteman, and Erika Coleman as Florence Schaffner. Other cast members whose characters haven’t been announced yet are Sophia Di Martino, Richard E. Grant, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, and Sasha Lane. The show is directed by Kate Herron, who has previously worked in Sex Education. Michael Waldron is writing the show under the supervision of Jack Kirby and Larry Lieber. Stephen Broussard, Kate Herron, Michael Waldron, Kevin R. Wright, and Kevin Feige are producing the show. Natalie Holt is producing the music and I absolutely loved it. I just want it to be an OST, so I can listen to it again and again.
Loki: What To Expect?
According to the Loki official, you can expect lots and lots of unveiling mysteries. Maybe a guest appearance from Falcon or Wanda? We don’t know anything at this point and with Loki, anything is possible. One thing I am sure of is that the Shield will intervene at some point in the show. If they can keep the involvement of SHIELD at a certain limit I will be fine with it. As I said earlier, the show is looking amazing. Tom Hiddleston is going to steal the show and I am getting good vibes from Owen Wilson too. The release date is not that far, but we have to wait till that time too to see what will fold down.
