The movie is based on The Enola Holmes Mysteries by Nancy Springer. It focuses on the character of Enola Holmes who is the sister of Sherlock Holmes. Sherlock Holmes, as everyone knows, is the world’s greatest detective. But, her sister might be even more bright than him. And the story revolves around it. In the first part, Enola goes on an adventure to find his missing brother. But on the journey she finds herself. The first part was absolutely charming with lots of amazing scenes. The character arc of Anola was brilliant and the sequel is the perfect time to capitalize on that. It won’t be wrong to say that it was one of the best Netflix movies in 2020.
But out of all six novels based on Enola Holmes, the first part adapted the first novel. So, everyone expects the sequel to be based on the second part. It also opens the door and focuses that we might get six Enola Holmes movies like a franchise. And I will be a happy lad if it happens. And when you have this strong story, received this strongly by fans, you have no reason not to do so.
Enola Holmes 2 Release Date
As of now, nothing has been announced regarding the release date. Even the production hasn’t begun yet. We expect the shooting to start by July 2021. So, you can expect Enola Holmes 2 to release in early 2022, just like the first part. It will release on Netflix only without any regional boundaries. So, you can enjoy it from anywhere in the world.
